When coming in for your appointment please consider the following: 1. No extra people. Only the client being serviced is allowed to come in. 2. Hands need to be washed before being serviced. 3. Arrive no more than 10 mins before your appointment unless you receive a message otherwise. Booking: 1. Please book exactly what you want to get done to allow proper timing between clients. 2. Add on services are added to full sets or fills. (Ex. Nail art, gems, etc..) 3. Fills are for nails that are less than 4 weeks old. If you’ve had your nails on for 4 or more weeks you will require a rebalance. 4. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out directly and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 5. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Please reach out no later than 24hrs prior to your appointment if you are not able to make it for any reason. 6. Cancellation Policy

Please be considerate of our time and let us know 24hrs in advance if you’re not able to make it. Short notice cancellations will be charged for 40% of your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will not be able to service you. Your appointment will be cancelled and a 40% fee will be applied to your card. If your card is declined after trying to charge a cancellation fee you will not be able to book another appointment until the fee is paid. No shows will not be tolerated. No shows will be charged 100% of your service, and you will be banned from booking any future services.
